Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

12/30/2015 I was contacted by a very nice gentleman named Martin Hage. He was offering an opportunity to cross market with Real Estate Agents. This sounded great to me as I am an Insurance Agent. He told me that for $375.00 I would be the preferred agent with an advertising spot on all new homeowner and sales packet for ReMax in Puyallup, WA. I agreed to give him half of the money on the 1st of January and the rest on the 1st of February.

01/08/2016 I was contacted by Julie Gross. Julie said that she was Martin's supervisor and he had mistakenly sold me the wrong product and pricing. She explained that Martin was new and apologized. The correct pricing would be an additional $375 due to the ad space being larger and the marketing being for two years. Julie told me that I would need to pay an additional $187.50 that day, but she would give me an additional 120 days to pay the additional $375 due to the misunderstanding. I agreed to those terms- I have the emails showing these are the terms I agreed to.

01/28/2016 I received a phone call from a gentleman asking if he could bill the $382.50 balance to my visa. I told him they were not authorized to bill my visa. I explained the 120 days I agreed to with Julie Gross. I told him that Julie stated they would invoice me, so I could make partial payments over the 120 days. He said he would update my account to reflect that agreement and send me an invoice.

02/04/2016 Production Media Company charged my visa $382.50 the remaining balance after I was assured this would all be updated and corrected. After I told them they were not authorized to bill my visa.

02/05/2016 I called Production Media Company's customer service. I spoke with a Corey Fuselier. He was condescending and accusatory. He accused me of misrepresenting the terms I agreed to. He refused to connect me with someone who would reverse the charge. When I told him I would call my bank and refute the charges, he said you don't want to do that. It will be investigated and go to our legal soo. I told him that is fine as I have the emails with the terms I agreed to. After being treated soo rudely, I asked for a full refund and cancellation. Corey, with a condescending tone, said there are no cancellations per our contract. Please- one page contract that says they will not change the terms of the agreement. I said as your company reneged on the agreed terms, this contract is now null and void, and I want a full refund. He said he would email me, so I could send my documentation to him. He told me he would forward it to legal to see if they can do anything and it would take a week. He then hung up on me. I have the emails from Core as well. It has now been a week. I cannot get anyone to call me back or respond to my emails.

While doing a little more research on the company, I found an article from the Milton Independent dated 11/06/2015. It is titled Scam Targets Local Schools, Businesses. There are multiple names for this company according to the article PMC Promotion Media Company is one. The Vermont Attorney General's Office is investigating the scam along with local police.
