I play the online game League of Angels with a very good friend of mine. Both of us recharge for the in-game currency:diamonds, which are supposed to show up in your game after seconds, cause you recharge for events that take place on a particular day and only last for that day.

Me and my friend did so, got billed through paypal but never got the diamonds we recharged for. We contacted the ticket service, sent them a copy of the invoices and proff of all the things we lost in the game cause they didn't send us the diamonds.

They answer things like, be patient, your understanding will be appreciated etc. and the next day they sent me half the diamonds. I wrote again, they said they had to investigate and that they would sent a compensation, but that we would never think it's enough, but it's all they can do.

After a week i got some stuff as a compensation, things i don't want nore need in game. But still no diamonds

Wrote once more, they say they can't refund my money, that it's hard for them since the game is coming to an end and they don't have the staff to handle this properly

Now, if they still take my money i deserve the same service as when the game was new and they should still send me what they bill me for.

Hoping you can help me, cause this happens to a lot of players on the server of proficient city and it isn't the first time this happened either. I got printscreens of all tickets i sent over the last months and not a third of them got solved, they always say to be patient and after a while they say it's too long ago and they can't check it anymore.

I even got a personal email from one of the employers of the ticket service, who complained about the way they have to do their job and that they can't do anything to set this right.

This concerns players in America, Europe and Asia.
