My cousin, Sandy Al-Shamma, placed an order on July 17th, 2021 for delivery on July 20th, 2021 to my sister, Caroline Garner at Church Hill Inn in Sister Bay Wisconsin (where she was staying for the week). The flowers were intended to be displayed at a memorial service for my mother, Helen Taylor that took place on july 21, 2021.

The actual delivery was made on July 23rd, 2021 to Carol Ann Garner at her home in Sturtevant, Wisconsin - so the wrong date, the wrong recipient and the wrong location!  When Carol Ann contacted ProFlowers to find out what happened, they were not at all helpful. They were not willing to respond to her inquiries.
