Initially Paid $97 start up fee. With the promise of receiving qualified - leads straight from the credit reporting agency.
Paid 3 months @ $97 each month
*Notified them the leads were not accurate on Receipt - 1st distribution.
* Notified HR 3648
* Spent over 50 ours of my teams time validating 2nd distribution - 100% not accurate.
* Notified HR 3648 again.
* 3rd distribution sent - again...1st lead opened - Owner listed HAS NEVER OWNED THE HOME.
Requested full refund of initiation fee, and 3 months of fees by Monday, 3/19/12.
* Sent another message - Leads not accurate and requested FULL REFUND>
Program details below:
Leads. Within fifteen (15) to twenty-one (21) business days of execution of the Terms and Conditions and receipt of the Enrollment Deposit and first Monthly Security Deposit, Program HR 3648 LLC will provide the Real Estate Professional with the name and address of 200 individual homeowners who are likely 30, 60, 90 (or more) days late on their mortgage (individually, a "Lead") located in any territory identified by the Real Estate Professional and confirmed as available by an Integration Specialist, and will distribute these Leads monthly while the Real Estate Professional's Monthly Security Deposit is current and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, including the contract term specified in Section 5 herein. The Real Estate Professional will be the exclusive recipient of those leads he or she receives in any given month in the confirmed territory. Program HR 3648 LLC will not provide those same Leads that month to any other Real Estate Professional. Program HR 3648 makes no representations about the financial condition, interest level, or ability to complete a short-sale of any individual Lead. Program HR 3648 will provide Leads electronically to the Real Estate Professional, in a file format compatible with commonly available spreadsheet software. The Real Estate Professional may access his or her Leads by email from Program HR 3648 LLC. Should the Real Estate Professional determine that his or her leads are not exclusive within Program HR 3648 LLC or determine that there is any other problem with his or her Leads, then he or she agrees to contact Program HR 3648 LLC immediately so that the situation may be remedied.

Hello,
Call the Better Business Bureau in Arizona and file a complaint.
They are not responding to any request for refunds, management escalation, and are also in violation with FTC guidelines.
They are not able to charge for a product until the day the product is shipped. if electronic distribution, they can only charge you the day the email goes out..
This company is charging weeks in advance and then sending out false information.
**as a last resort - call your credit card company or bank and DECLINE THE CHARGE ...ASAP.
You have documentation that you cancelled and requested a refund. they are not honoring their marketing or promise of product quality.

Ive been fighting for my money back after canceling on the 3rd day when i came back to my senses....this company is a scandalous rip off machine....there only goal is to make 197.00 a pop on unsuspecting agents....they never mention to you that they will be charging you 197.00 along with the 97.00...I went into there deceptive webinar as well.....what a joke....dont sign up and dont click on any of the info they send you...thats there reason for charging you 197.00.....because you click on the links they send you..i never even got leads and Im stuck with losing 197.00....im so mad at myself for falling into this scam....BEWARE
