After much labor-intensive communication from my side only I received a full refund. I would only suggest this company for settlements that have no real sense of urgency. Maybe.

Just received a e-mail after barraging them with e-mails and phone calls for 3 days a settlement offer of a $500.00 refund of my initial $1,000.00 paid stated by Cynthia Moreno the head of consumer complaints that was to cover administrative cost. What a joke they did absolutely nothing
