To Whom It May Concern:

Your company moved me on Sunday, September 25, 2005. This was the most horrible experience I have had in my life. First of all, the movers were to meet me at 11910 Westgate Circle to pick up a refrigerator that I purchased. They could not find the address even with me giving directions for 30 minutes. They were lost and located on 119 Quivira in a dental parking lot.

I then had to pick them up from that area and show them were the refrigerator was located. Once we arrive at Westgate, and I realized there were 3 men in the truck, I had hope it wouldn't take them long to load on a refrigerator. It took 30 minutes, because they didn't know what the hell they were doing.

After loading the truck on, we then went to my old house to get my stuff and load it on the struck. We arrived at my house at 11:45am. I read your mission statement: We understand that a well-coordinated moving operation is essential for a successful relocation. Our uniformed moving staff are trained, experienced, and fully licensed professionals, who work efficiently and carefully. All furniture items will be fully covered for protection while in transit.

That statement is not true. Your staff was not well trained like you mentioned above. One of the guys was new, the slightly disabled guy. I didn't get his name. He had no clue on what to do. Matt, was rude. He constantly kept yelling at the disabled guy and it was embarrassing.

Now, I will say, Chris knew what he was doing. I didn't have a problem with him. The disable guy did work hard, but it was difficult for him to lift heavy items. He had to keep stopping to rest. Matt didn't do anything, but put the items on the truck nice and pretty and give orders to the others. If Matt would have been more of a team player and if you would have supplied me with real knowledgeable men that were fully trained, then the work would have been done in 3 to 4 hours.

They turned this move into an all day event. Years ago, I had Two Men and a Truck move me and they were fast, professional and they had me moved into my new house with 3 to 4 hours. Your 3 men took from 11 to 7 to move me and charged me $789. That is a rip off.

My ex-husband came over and helped your 3 men by breaking down the beds and unhooking the washer and dryer. Also, speaking of dryer, I'm missing that big long tube that hooks to the back of the dryer. You need to replace this. I also had to load stuff in my SUV to help out. Don't you know that I still left stuff at the old house, because it was 3:15 and they still had lots of stuff to load on the truck? As GOD is my witness. I told them, leave it; I will come back and get it myself.

Once we got to my new house, they did not setup my beds. My friend Tony came by the house and he setup the beds for me. They did not setup my washer or dryer. I had to do that myself. Your 3 professional men had a hard time getting the couch thru the door, so my friend Tony had to help them out and they also had a hard time getting the refrigerator in also.

I worked so hard helping your guys move me that I had callous on my feet. And I don't have callous. I should have been able to relax and not been concerned with anything. I was a nervous wreck. Your so called team of professionals is a disgrace to anyone. You make me sick for taking advantage of moving me. It doesn't take all day to move a person and I know that for a fact.

I had no problem with paying you what I felt I owed, which is $380. I feel that it would be more than fair to send me a check for the difference $409. If this matter doesn't get resolved, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and Action 4 News.

You can't go around ripping people off thinking it's allowed.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!
