This is the content of our response email to Matthew of Elyia, Ohio with a 100% payment refund: Sir, Your recent posting on ripoffreport.com has been brought to our attention by our lawyers. This comes as a complete surprise considering we never received any communication from you so we had no idea that you were unhappy with the product. We advertise a 100% money back guarantee and had you made contact with us, rather than posting you grievance online, we would have honoured the guarantee immediately. However, I have today authorised a full refund which has been credited back to your MasterCard. Our company is PC Doctor OnCall Ltd (registered in the United Kingdom). Your comment that we abused and mistreated you is grossly inaccurate. Do not confuse us with John Bryson of the Florida corporation with the same name! We have nothing to do with that person apart from the fact that the charlatan still owes us a large sum of money!!! He also advertised a 100% no quibble guarantee but never stood by that statement and deliberately withheld refunds from hundreds of dissatisfied customers. Bryson also operates as Sonbry Marketing International - Michael Braid Managing Director PC Doctor OnCall Ltd PS. I guess it's too much to ask for a written apology on ripoffreport.com?
