It is conclusive Tom Mckenzie and any of his related fairy tale companies act as if they can fund projects at varying levels.In truth they and he are just one man on a phone who thinks he can but never does.The main problem is he charges clients for that lie substantial fees and pockets them himself.Stop this man by not paying him a dollar and if you have paid him anything ask for it back.Do not be influenced by his constant delays simply emphasise that he takes money after advertising somthing he and his companies never never have or will produce.
The man is simply a timewaster the problem being he has nothing better to do.
Do not listen to me ask him however you are in contact with him specifics I had clients that interacted for months and he new nothing about their projects but gave the same excuses and delaying tactics to each.Do not be afraid to ask him direct questions as he as mastered the art of giving BS.Or ask one of his multitude of partners or the people he speaks to in the park.
The big question you should ask him is I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU FRAUD.
Established since 1991 he deserves an award for longevity of naivity and irrelavence. I really do think he has convinced himself he is of some worth look at his non existant CV and bring him to some reality he does nothing.
One project that anyone globally could refer to even if it was irrigating a field in the third world would be an achievement for humanity.With his multi million dollar contacts we would all be humbled by his achievements if there was just one real one.
The man is a legend in his own mind and if his practices were not so devisive you would at least admire that his hairstyle is upside down but to be honest rather than holding a phone to his ear the world would be a better place if he stuck it somewhere else.
