Rubin and date rape is true. He drugged me and my friend at the same time. We both woke up the next morning not remembering anything. We were both sick for two days and had all the symptoms of date rape. We don't remember anything so we have no clue as to what happened to us that night. He is a scum bag. I hope someone teaches him a lesson

Rubin may be in a financial disaster but I will say from my personal relationship with him that he is not a bad, filthy person as stated above in previous comments. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but Rubin can be a responsible person and can and will fix things if he is able. I was with Jeff while he was living in Alabama operating Center Stage as the CEO. There have been false allegations filed against him for connections to a former Center Stage employee who claimed she was raped. The former employee drank herself into a blackout and woke up safely where Jeff and I resided. So many bad rumors were made about Jeff when he lived in Alabama. The conservative bible thumpers in Alabama did not approve of his SouthbFlorida life style. Funny thing is that while Jeff was there he never went out to bars and clubs and we spent most of our nights laying in bed watching Netflix. It's sad how his name has been dragged through the dirt by these narrow minded southern Alabama conservatives. Jeff never harmed anyone and looked out for his employees, always. 

      Seems he's a sleaze in business as well as in his personal life: I am the mother of a young woman that Mr. Jeff Rubin : drugged , raped,  and impregnated : It was reported to the police but my daughter did not want to pursue it because of the actions she took after she found she was pregnant: i am not surprised that his business practices are in line with his corrupt practice in his home: My daughter has currently went home to be with Jesus or I would not pursue the matter: I am also sure there is more then my daughter who has suffered from his wreck less and defile practices : He thinks he will get away with his filthy behavior and i guess that is called " a thief " ,so i don't doubt for a moment that he screws people out of anything! IT'S MY TURN

Wow, what a shocking article to come across...
as a former employee of Jeff Rubin's, I can honestly say that the allegations mentioned in this article are completely out of question.  While he has a very small role with the day to day at Automatic Slims, where I worked for him.  I can say that he was a very personable and friendly employer.  Now, I have little to no knowledge of the intricate details of his business with his professional athletes, however, I have met more than a few of them personally.  While I have no idea of any of the business details between these men and Mr. Rubin, I can honestly say, that it was obvious that these players thought very highly of Jeff. Several players are very friendly with Mr. Rubin, which is hardly the behavior though you'd expect from anyone that might have been ripped off.  Actually, it seems quite clear, from their interactions, that Jeff Rubin does more to curtail their frivolous spending.  From what I understand he's help a good number of them secure a level of "permanent" wealth with some very profitable investment choices.

Apparently the person who replied to this before me knows more about KT Capital than I do.  I know that, much like was stated above, Jeff's position with Automatic Slims was very hands off.  All I can say in regards to the claims that have been here, is that they completely contradict every display of character that this man has ever shown, in my presence at least.  Jeff Rubin is a great person, he is honest and fair, it would be a shame if anyone reading this placed any credit behind the claims made in this article.

This report is patently false.  The first clue that the report was concocted using questionable information is that Jeffrey Rubin hasn't lived in Sunny Isles, Florida since 2002.  A simple search of the Miami Dade property records will prove my assertion.

The report also suggests that Mr. Rubin is a pretend financial consultant.  Mr. Rubin is licensed to sell securities in Florida and other jurisdictions.  This can be easily verified by a simple search of individuals licensed to sell securities.

Mr. Rubin is President of ProSports Financial, Inc, but has no control or ownership of KT Capital.  KT Capital Management, LLC, the entity in question, is a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia.  Mr. Rubin is not a principal of KT Capital.  KT Capital is run by Peter Kacer and James Tapp, both of Atlanta, Ga. (hence the name KT).  This report harms the reputation of KT Capital as well.

Finally, Mr. Rubin does not control or manage Automatic Slims, which is a bar operated in South Florida. 

The rest of the assertions contained in the post are false and the person creating the report offered no evidence to back these baseless allegations.  Please redact the original report, as it defames Mr. Rubin and all of the entities mentioned in the report.
