Protection One; The alarm system was improperly installed and we were burglarized shortly afterward, my insurance adjuster commented on the coinsidence. The sensors were installed so that the top of the double hung windows could be opened without tripping the alarm and the burgler knew just what to do.

We cancled in accordance with the contract; in writing with the required notice and Protection One stopped automatic withdrawal. About a year later we were contacted by a collection agency for non-payment of a bill that we did not owe and never recieved. We sent a letter to tell the collection agency that and after about another year we discovered a false report on one of our credit ratings. Do not do business with this company.
