I am going through something very simular.I purchase a product called Symetrin and forgot at the end of the thirty day trial,to cancel.Have had no luck trying this for three months.The customer service line robotically tells you to call the cancelation phone to which,know one is ever there.The voicemail states they are open Monday through Friday and you're calling at 9:45am,eastern time.Really?
