Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We had ordered the 6 week body makeover in June. Due to some unforseen complications we were unable to open the package for over 2 months. Once we opened the package we discovered that the program was not something that we wanted to pursue. I called customer service and was rudly told by operator "Frank" that he was unable to refund my purchase price. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that they would tell me the same think so it would be a waste of my time.

I persisted in wanting to speak to a supervisor. I was connected ( after a 10 min wait) to a supervisor by the name of "Tim" who requested all of the information that I had previously given to "Frank". After I had explained the situation to him he said that the policy was very clear. I stated that they were not clear in explaining that you only have six weeks from the date of reciept. He said that he was unable to authorize a refund. I told him that I was going to cancel it with my credit card company and he stated that he would note that in my account. I feel that they need to make it very clear that the six weeks start from the date of reciept of the package. GOD FORBID anyone have any unfortunate events!!

Company's policy is actual quite fair in this regard

While I have my own issues with this company (the fact that they want to sign customers up to receive a recurring paid subscription of pills in addition to the advertised program) HOWEVER, their "Return" policy is actually quite fair. They state a "full 6-week trial" period, and allow you to return the complete program "within 8 weeks of receipt" unlike most products claiming a 6-week (or one-month, or whatever) trial, where their "return period" is exactly the same as the "trial period" which would necessitate getting the item transported Star-Trek style if you decided it didn't work by the last day of the trial period. The original poster of this report, while unfortunate they had "personal issues" is blaming the company for their own personal problems. It is well understood throughout the business industry that the "return period" for an item begins when you receive it. Go to any retailer and look on the receipt. If it states a 30-day return policy, and you try to bring it back 90 days later and say, "Well, due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't open the bag for 2 months" how far is that going to get you? NOWHERE. This is no different.
