While I have my own issues with this company (the fact that they want to sign customers up to receive a recurring paid subscription of pills in addition to the advertised program) HOWEVER, their "Return" policy is actually quite fair. They state a "full 6-week trial" period, and allow you to return the complete program "within 8 weeks of receipt" unlike most products claiming a 6-week (or one-month, or whatever) trial, where their "return period" is exactly the same as the "trial period" which would necessitate getting the item transported Star-Trek style if you decided it didn't work by the last day of the trial period. The original poster of this report, while unfortunate they had "personal issues" is blaming the company for their own personal problems. It is well understood throughout the business industry that the "return period" for an item begins when you receive it. Go to any retailer and look on the receipt. If it states a 30-day return policy, and you try to bring it back 90 days later and say, "Well, due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't open the bag for 2 months" how far is that going to get you? NOWHERE. This is no different.
