The bill statement inclosed with my order does not include the disclaimer of the number that you need to call to cancel this monthly charge...Which by the way is charged QUARTERLY...
It is situatoions like this that give companies bad names..
There are so many options they can add to help the consumer who purchased their product..
We all know they can flag the webpage with an automatic reply that the trial period has ended..
Include the information on the packing slip.
