Provincial Pardon and Waiver Services Inc. James Bertrand Had me fill out paper work and send it back to him completed and had finger prints taken and they were to be sent to their off to be processes Toronto Ontario
I was contacted by James Bertrand from Provincial Pardons and Waivers Inc.
I paid the amount requested by credit card and some was in payments.
I still have some emails from him as well. I never deleted them.
I have contacted him by email Jan. 12, 2016 and no response back.
