Prudential Florida Realty Prudential Florida Realty / Kathy Schroeder, Real Estate Agent, Parkland Florida did not pay her bill for reprinted postcards then asked for a refund she was not entitled to and then lied on the internet about me until I pay her Coral Springs Florida
Kathy Schroeder of Prudential Florida Realty a real estate agent in Parkland Florida ordered 2 sets of postcards from my company. We shipped one and reprinted the other due to quality control. After the reprint she asked so to discard it and she supplied new artwork for the printing. Printing takes about 2-4 business days plus 1-3 days to ship. She called on the 4th business day and canceled the order and wanted a refund.
We do not refund printed orders. She demanded that we refund her. She then contacted the City of Lake Elsinore and tried to make them make us give her a refund. She then threatened to besmirch us on the internet unless we provided her a refund. She then wrote false accusations against us on the internet. She also called repeatedly and left awful messages on our machine.
I would advise anyone who attempts to form any business relationship with this woman to watch out. She does not play fair, over emotional, does not care if you lose money to serve her.
