Public Storage Sun Valley, CA Over charged for space that didn't exist Sun Valley California
On July 27 2007, I rented a 10x12 storage unit (Public Storage) I had movers, move me in. I moved myself out, later in the day, when the sun went down I noticed written on the wall 10x10x10. I went home and looked up what I was paying for, my online documents said 10x12. The next day I went back to Public Storage and said I believe the storage space is about 20 % off, I asked if we could measure the space together the manager said no, I asked if he had a tape measure he said no.. He said I signed an agreement for a 10x12space and that it met my needs. I told him I should be getting a refund for the overage, he said, I was not entitled to any refund. I called Tom Dickens their district manager he said he would have to talk with his boss. He called me the next day and said I would not be getting a refund.
