I have had nothing but trouble trying to get PS to refund me for my proration of a pre paid month through auto pay. I vacated my unit on the 4th of October and they had just the day before drafted my account through auto pay. The manager of the facility blames his District Manager. I have left the DM 2 messages over a weeks time and have heard nothing back from the guy. They just don't care!
Today I will be contacting the corporate office in California to see if their customer service is any better. If not I will be contacting my attorney on Monday. I will update as things progress.....Good luck dealing with this company!
