Public Storage ripoff, thief, liar, crooks, This is the PITS! They Will Rob You Of Everything You Own!!! Bensalem Pennsylvania Nationwide
This company on Rt 13 in Bemsalem, Pa is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I have moved so many times and used storage places, but this is the pits, and the woman who runs it is a ----! We were told our stuff was sold right from under us, no notice ,no leter no calls nothing! I have patients files and personel items in my file cabinets, my husband died in May in a terrible fire and burned to death. My daughters want their fathers personel stuff back NOW! , that's all they have left of him.
I cannot file income tax this year as all the papers were in that storage bin also. My furniture that was in my family is gone! How would you like to have your personal files sold to a stranger! This happened.
This woman gave a woman who was helping me get my stuff back the name of the man who bought my storage bin, we have wrote to this Tom man in New Jersey, and also had other companies write him, and never a word back. My medical books are in there, all my perosnal medical records and x-rays. I need these items for my doctors. Also I know someone has gone through my storage bin, I had a piece of paper in the door and when I went in once that paper was gone. And no lock just a tin pin and some plastic on it.
When I asked why it was there she said she did a personal inventory of that bin!! Why!! She had no right to go into my bin, with my lock I bought on it. I am now involved with the attorney generals office, and the local newspaper the courier times about this theft! Do Not Use These People Please, They Will Rob You Of Everything You Own!!!
