I have been unemployed since December 2015. The Internet Scammer, PCH Publishers Clearing House, initially contacted me perhaps in response to my CVs, submitted to prospective employers on internet. Initially they offered lotteries, rewards of $5000 per month for ever. I never subscribed. Then they started to demand to make payment against the bogus outstanding bill ofitems Slice Right and Flex Seal,; whereas, how is it possible that an unemployed person, availing foodstamps from NJ Government will purchase $33.43 goods from these scammers.
At first, they sent me a notice to pay the outstanding bill of $33.43, now, sending a Delinquency Notice,
