ITS A BIG LIE THAT THEY MANAGE MANY APARTMENTS IN THE TRUMP BUILDING.
I HIRED THEM TO RENT MY UNIT, AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS WITHOUT NEWS I DISCOVERED THAT THEY RENTED SHORT TERM WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, KEEP THE MONEY AND THEN TELL ME THAT MY UNIT WAS NOT RENTED
SCAMMERS SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!.

Panama Property Connection was one of four approved companies that were recommended by Trump Ocean Club to their non-Panamanian clients looking for assistance in securing financing in Panama and/or assistance with the closing process. Purchasers of Trump Ocean Club were free to choose one of these four companies or find their own independent company with which to work. At no point in time was there any conflict of interest. The only goal of Panama Property Connection along with the other three recommended companies, in addition to Trump Ocean Club, was to assist as many purchasers as possible in closing. All companies were aligned in the goal to help purchasers close and be of assistance. All services offered and prices quoted were market value and offered with full transparency. A quick online research of similar services offered in Panama would show the prices for services in keeping with what is available in the country.

THEY ARE BIG LIARS AND GREEDY COMPANY. THEY SOLD FURNITURE PACKAGES FOR $30,000 WITH MARKUPS OF 200%. THEY CLAIM TO BE MORTGAGE AND REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND THEY RENT THEIR LICENSE TO A REAL BROKERS. SHAMELESS. THEY USE THE DEPOSIT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. NONE OF THEM ARE PANAMANIANS.
THE LATEST NEWS IS THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY BROKE AND REALLY SOON THEY WILL RAN OUT OF PANAMA COLLECTING THE ESCROW DEPOSIT OF EVERYBODY.

This report is a complete fabrication and lie. Punta Pacifica Realty has never done short term rentals as they are not alowed in Trump Ocean Club as stipulated bn the building bylaws. All rentals must have the lease registered with building administration in order to get access to the building as a resident. Punta Pacifica Realty always receives written approval from an owner in order to rent an apartment and there is full accounting transparency with all its owners. This report is a complete fabrication.
