Puppy Room Kennel Aka Victor Chemerisov animal abuser, Fradulent seller of sick and falsely represented AKC puppies Brooklyn New York
Victor Chemerisov is a puppy broker passing himself off as a breeder of AKC registered puppies.
It has been discovered, by a group of hardworking, disgruntled clients of his that not only is Victor smugling the underage puppies into the country, but they are often sickly and aggressively tempermental.
These poor abused pups are costing many of their owners thousands of dollars in vet bills and many, many hours of heartache and frustration. In addition, since Victor does not truly own the "parents" of these dogs, they are not, nor can they ever be registered with the AKC. The AKC has never heard of this man!
WE have been tracking his ads for months--and he CONSTANTLY has ads for new puppies posted--using the same photos of parents and puppies over and over again [a physical impossibilty even for the most strident of breeding dogs!!] He must have unlimited access to pups!!!!
To make matters worse, Victor is stealing photos from other reputable breeder's websites and posting them on his. Check out www.trimbulldogs.com and www.zonmiracl.ru/ to see this for yourself.
You may also notice that many of the dogs posted on Victor's website are females listed as males and vice versa. Victor also "uses" a vet in Brooklyn that has many citations against him, and does not provide proof of vaccination, promising to send them later (along with those nonexistent AKC papers!) There are approximately twelve ex-clients of his working together through constant e-mails and updates with eachother.
All of us were people that did not want to buy from a petstore for moral issues, and instead ended up with an even worse situation. In addition, Victor is geeting as so bold to send customers dogs that are completely different colors and sexes than what they put a deposit down on, and then refusing to return their money!!
We have worked hard [with many of the sites that posted his ads] to remove these ads and remove his access to customers. Surely, he will change websites and change phone numbers, etc.
Please take some advice--always meet the breeder before you buy. Always ask if they genetically test their bitches and sires. Always make sure the breeder provides proof of AKC status and that you are given papers when you purchase the dog. Always make sure that you are given vet records.
And last but not least, do not ever buy a pup sight unseen unless you have met with the breeders, seen their kennel or home, and met the parents. A real breeder will GLADLY provide you with these options.
