The Costa Rican company Puravida -Webdesign has ripped us off very hard,too !! We`ve lost more than 60 000 us $ with the owner Louis Kreuzahler ! We
were promised our own portal, search engine optimazion , the best placement in the search engines and responsive customer service, we received neither than a copy of another website ! The owner, Louis Kreuzahler, was aggresive after we stopped the monthly payment and did
not give us any passwiords for our domains as promised. He only took our money and wen we asked him what happend , he answered only fairytales !. It was a complete waste of our time,
money and bad for our business. Company is unserious and the owner is a gangster ! We are currently in the court with him !!

This report is not correct. In fact it is a total turnaround of the real facts.
Mr. Oliver Kramer approached us in August 2010 offering me a partnership on 2 web based platforms. I agreed and we started working on it. The deal was that Mr. Kramer would pay only the labor expenses, which he did until February 2011 and that he would officially transferred 45% of the company shares, which he didn't By then we got aware about the fact that he had started downloading the sourcefiles (yes we where stupid enough to give him cPanel access) and simply put the files on his own server, using our design and our coding. Additional he has stolen the design of his company website - which he never paid for.
By now he still refuses to complete the final invoice and pays us for the work we did for him. Yes it is true that we are in court with him, but this is because we have hired a lawyer in Germany who has placed a law action against Mr. Kramer in a civil court and additional he has placed another action against him in a criminal court, since Mr. Oliver Kramer has threatened to harm me and my family if we don't lay down the claim.
Certainly we have proof of everything and if interested I'm more then happy to provide contact to our lawyer, who can confirm everything above.
