PurCo, Budget Rental Car I rented a car from Budget Rental in Rapid City, South Dakota. During that time there was a hail storm. We did not see any damage to the car. About 10 days after returning home, I got a call saying I was going to receive a packet in the mail describing damage to the car, and to inform my insurance co. Spanish Fork Utah
I rented a car from Budget Rental in Rapid City, South Dakota. During that time there was a hail storm. We did not see any damage to the car. About 10 days after returning home, I got a call saying I was going to receive a packet in the mail describing damage to the car, and to inform my insurance co. When the packet came there was a bill for $13,020.37! $10,614.12 for damage, $2156.25 for loss of use, and $250.00 admin. fee. Unbelievable! I looked the car up on Kelly Blue Book and it is only worth around $20,000. How can they get by with this. I am grateful my insurance company paid it, but am angry that these blood suckers can get by with this! They must be stopped from ripping people off!
