Pure Energy Products - P E Labs -Usaveonpills Dishonest Scam they are only looking to ripoff as many people as they can!! Oklahoma City Oklahoma
It all started out on 9/24/06 as a popup ad for some free diet pills--you just pay $4.95 shipping & handling for a 15 day supply,So I decided to try them. What could I lose? Then on 10/15/06 I received an email with a tracking number and I did not know what was going on, so I called them and found out they took $149.95 from my bank account! I questioned them as to why.
They told me that I had agreed to a 4 month supply for $149.95 when I ordered the free trial sample.I read everything when I ordered the free trial and there was NOTHING what so ever about $149.95 or any other shipment or fees.
I have called all week and been given the run around, I ask to speak to supervisor-- every time they tell me they are in a meeting no matter what time of day I call.Finally tonight, I was able to contact Chris Wilson(THE OWNER) who was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. He straight out lied about everything invloving this whole incident.
This entire thing is a scam. BEWARE. He is just out to steal your money. When I ordered the trial sample it was an entirely different advertisement than the website they sent to me later on. Just produced to "prove" what I had supposedly agreed to. It's all a big set-up. Also, the "owner" Chris told me there was no "Casey" at his company. That is the name the woman I had spoken with on previous phone calls had told me her name was. Anyway, to make a long story short, he told me I was not getting a refund and what else can he do for me.
I am absolutely furious that I thought I was being careful and got SCAMMED. Please BEWARE!! And, If there is anyone out there that can help me get justice against him and his company , PLEASE let me know. I see alot of different people have been scammed by this company -under all 3 names they use. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED. If it is the last thing I ever do. I will make sure he is stopped.

The same thing happened to me today. I opened my statement from my credit card company and I was billed for a product I did not get, nor did I order. I have tried calling the company and they have a recording. I called my credit card and now I have to do all this work for something I did not want. How do we stop these people?
