I thought I was signing up for a free trial - and that was it.... Boy was I wrong.....

I don't know how they accessed my credit card and I truly believe I never gave it...  I would never do that to get a sample.

Suddenly I am getting shipments monthly.  I finally examine my credit cards and realize I am getting charged just over $160/month. WTF????

When I called the number on the bottle, it was for a UNIVERSITY!!!!  Really????  I finally found the website and called that number.  I was told then told I had the wrong number and they gave me the right number... WHEW.....

When I called I told the customer representative I kept receiving monthly shipments and didn't understand why.  The customer representative told me that because I didn't contact them within 30 days after requesting the sample, I was now receiving monthly shipments and she gave me the last four digits of the card I used.... HOW DID THEY GET THAT INFO?!  I never gave them that information.

When I told her to stop the shipments, the representative tried to convince me to reconsider and she would give me a 50% special.  I made is abundantly clear I was not interested and to just cancel the ongoing orders.  She then tried to convince me yet again to reconsider and she was giving me a "friends and family" pitch.  Again, I made it perfectly clear I was not interested.  I finally got her to stop the shipments and got my confirmation number.

I just hope shipments will really stop......

 

I am PRAYING a class action suit will come of this..... While I do care about the money I lost -  more importantly I do care that others don't get scammed like I did....  I am one who pays attention to fine print... these guys are pieces of **** to the max.....

My mother and I both got samples from this company. You do have to pay them $1.00 to get the sample of coffee. You just forgot. If you look at your bank statement that month I'm sure you'll see the $1.00 charge. That's how they got your bank info.. And it does state that you have to call or email to cancel so you won't get anymore sent to you.
