I have neither ordered nor received any product from this company and yet they have taken £79.95 out of my bank account on 2 occasions this month. I am struggling both financially and health wise and feel like they have targeted me thinking me vulnerable. I emailed them after the first withdrawal, and received a reply which stated that they felt the withdrawal was done with my permission. I thought I'd lost the money and should put it down to my own gullibility at being conned by the offer of a freebie. But when they proceeded to take the same amount again 2 weeks later I decided that it was time to take it further. I sent another email asking for the money back as I didn't want the product and hadn't received it anyway. There answer was to confirm my delivery address and blame a delay through customs. I have now sent another email, can't find a phone number, demanding a full refund within the next 7 days otherwise I will be going down legal channels. I have yet to hear from them, but I have arranged appointments with my bank and my solicitor. It is very upsetting, and I am extremely angry. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIP OFF AND UNETHICAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS-BEFORE IT COSTS YOU.
