The reply sounds nice, but it certainly isn't the way they treat their customers. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, my local Attorney General, and the FBI. They charged my credit card 10 times without authorization by me, then claimed it was my fault for not cancelling the purchase. How can I cancel if I don't know they are doing it? I don't trust them any further than I can throw all of them at one time. Look-up Jason Kellerman, CEO on this site and decide if you want to trust them with your card information. I have sent a cancellation notice in writing and they have yet to respond.

The following is a rebuttal to the posting by Art regarding his experience at PurePlay.com. We are truly sorry to hear of any negative experience any member has had while at PurePlay, and we strive to offer nothing less than outstanding customer support and a high quality gaming experience. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have happened on our part. Our intentions in all of our communications were solely intended to assist Art, and we sincerely regret that he's had a less than pleasant experience. We can assure everyone that PurePlay is a legitimate company operating out of San Francisco, CA. By no means do we attempt to hide or disguise the identity of the company or our team members. Jason Kellerman is indeed our CEO and Cofounder, and has happily signed his name to many member communications. As far as fair play, our Random Number Generator, or RNG, has been the core randomizer for a number of other poker rooms on the web. This core RNG has been tested and certified as a true randomizer by Technical Systems Testing, an independent testing firm, and is tested on an ongoing basis to ensure its continued fairness. Since our poker site is membership based it's in our company's best interest to make sure that our members enjoy their entire experience and are protected from any manipulation of game play. Unlike rake gambling sites, we depend on a continued trusting relationship with our members. It just wouldn't help us to offer anything other than a fair product and we are truly proud of the service we provide in offering over $125,000 in USD cash prizes, fairly, every month. We have been in communication with Art, we've unsubscribed Art's account, and his paid period will end on February 9, 2008. We've passed on our best wishes to Art in his future online poker, and we've sincerely apologized that his experience with us was less than pleasant. We'll take his feedback into account, too, as we honestly want to provide the best poker, and the best customer service, online. Members can reach us at 1-800-804-4817, Monday through Friday from 10 AM PT to 4 PM PT for live customer support. We can also be reached 24 hours a day via email at [email protected]. Again, we are truly sorry to hear that Art has had a negative experience at PurePlay and we take his dissatisfaction very seriously. We have contacted him again via email to invite him to follow up on his original post here to let everyone know whether all of his concerns have now been addressed.
