John Rushlow. He had not pay me for services of Java Programming support I gave to client in Texas. He is a cheat. Never picks up phone and now he is working for Pursuit Incorporated out of West Palm Beach. www.pursuitincorporated.com Do not deal with them all. Be careful. Been trying to reach but never is available. Beware his fraud tactics. Will never pay in full or ontime. Talks good on phone but then swindle.

Unwarranted character assassination. Libelous claims. Groundless criticisms.
For all the good it does, Ripoff Report allows unscrupulous individuals under the cloak of anonymity to defame anyone at any time without fear of reprisal. This is the case with the detritus written about me personally and about my business by “SM.”
Ripoff Report offers guidelines for rebuttal. These include offering my side of the story; giving an explanation as to why I believe the report is a hoax; making a demand that the author provide some proof that the transaction/event really happened; showing contact information for people to reach you if they want more information; and, any other useful information which I believe an interested reader needs to know about me or my business. This, they suggest, will repair the damage done by, in this case, a disgruntled former associate. It will not.
I can only offer this:
First, I do not have now nor have I had a “client in Texas;”
Second, I have never had anyone supporting a client in Texas;
Third, I have never missed a payment for services offered by anyone on my payroll;
Forth, I have paid on time and in full everyone with whom I have ever had on my payroll;
Fifth, I answer my phone without fail every time it rings and return any missed calls without delay;
Sixth, my company is not located in West Palm Beach, FL;
Seventh, I have neither cheated nor swindled anyone; and,
Eighth, I can and will prove everything I’ve written here – under oath if need be.
There is no “SM,” just a person who seeks to cause me harm through the auspices of an anonymous posting forum. I challenge that person, that defamer, who wrote the reputation-ruining slander to come forward as I have an identify himself and bring with him any proof whatsoever of the malicious claims being made.
This will not happen. It cannot happen because if it does then charges will be filed. So I wait, handcuffed, for the next Report created by a fictitious ghost who can so easily, so covertly, disparage an honest man who has worked for more than 27 years to build a reputation of quality and credibility.
I am not a ghost. I am easily found. I am available to discuss this with anyone who thinks for a moment that this character assassination is credible: [email protected]
