Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
1) When I first arrived I was greeted within 10 seconds.

2) They asked what kind of car I wanted. {No "Hello" or "How are you")

3) I said I wasn't sure, but I liked how the Mercury Mystique looked.

4) We took it for a two minute test drive. I liked the car.

5) I ended up buying the car. And have regretted it since.

Here's Why:

1) The car had been involved in an accident. Because of this, there was motor problems. Putt Putt never told me about the accident.

2) After driving for 10 minutes, the engine would over-heat and squeak.

3) My information on Title and Registration was wrong.

4) My temporary license plate and registration expired before I got my real plates.

5) I called Putt Putt and told them my Temp. Plate was expired. They said "No Problem, If you get pulled over, tell the police that your still waiting for your real plate.

6) Was pulled over by police. They don't care if your still waiting for your real plate and registration. They will give you a ticket any ways.

7) The reason it was taking so long to get my real plates is that they were going through some problems, and they hadn't sent in my information yet to the DMV.

8) When I purchased the car they told me the value was $8,000. The Blue Book on it is not even $5,000.

9) When I purchased the car, the rear bushings were bad, but they were getting the parts from someone. They would be given to me when they were brought in. I never received the new bushings.

10) Through all of my problems, they never once said sorry to me. They never treated me kindly.

You are spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle and you are not doing any research of your own. Before you buy any vehicle go to any vehicle appraisal website and research the value of the vehicle. You may also ask to have the vehicle checked out by a mechanic who can do diagnostic testing for about $70. If the seller will not allow you to do this then something is wrong. Bottom line is, educate yourself on your investment. Lemon car dealers are in business because people such as yourself keep them there.
