Hey, Robert, so your rebuttal suggests you are also a Puzzle Machine Representative, we are aware that you and your cronies follow this GREAT forum. Jim, Sam Jessica and the rest of you "working out of your garage" crew can kiss my a**. I am now planning to see you in court. You stole my money, plain and simple. You offered a bogus franchise. Plain and simple. You will refund all the others and mine money, plain and simple. Then,,,I'm sure, you will pop up in some other "garage" in the near future, to steal some poor other sucker that is hoping to earn a little extra money for their family... Good Luck Robert,,

I have to agree with what the first two posters here said. The product is terrible, the machines are always breaking down. In my case they were vandalized quite often, they never warned me about that. Or about the costs involved with replacement and repair. Of course they tell you that they don't make money in the after market but it seems to me that is the only way that they make money. I've never spoken with jessica but I have logged many phone calls with Sam West. He has promised restitution several times only to come back with another excuse why I should stick with it and every time I say no I want my money he says he has to get back to me. AND, what a great sales pitch, gotta love the brochure. Jim Skalla, my no sales guy said there is a limites time that "my area" would be available. SOOOO. good by my hard earned $2000. These stupid cheap machines are always broke. Fisrs Jim said it would be easy to place the machines, BS. I had to beg my a*s off jus to ge to place the machines, then they are always broke, or someone breaks them. I have tried to get Jim to call me, I need a refund, his is not even closr to what he sold me. I can't even get supplies like the promised. What a ripoff. Anyone else thinking about doing this, will hopefully read this.
