Okay....Keith Wright with Florida Energy who wants to be called....Gil or Ruben in Florida....obviously should spend more time reviewing what his contract outlines instead of wasting his time on this site. The problem is, the people complaining are not reading what they sign when they come on as a client. If they did and not tried to twist it around to what they wanted, there would be no problem. As a consumer, make sure you read what you sign. IT IS OUTLINED IN THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND WHAT THE TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE IS. They can scream and yell all they want, I didn't sign the contract, they chose to. We have done nothing wrong and we will be happy to show up with our legal team in court if they wish. Thanks!
