Quality Acceptance Car loan is paid off, Quality Acceptance is refusing to give title papers Van Nuys California
Paid off car loan as soon as possible because of extremly high interest of 25%. Paid it off on May 28, 2009. Have made numerous calls to request Title papers. They are giving me the round around. First they said they would give it on the same day If I paid in person. Two weeks if I mailed payment. I mailed payment, then they told me 30 days, then 5 to 6 weeks, now they are saying they have to wait if check goes through. I paid with electronic check money was released immediately. Now they won't tell me when I can expect the title papers. I am starting to worry, because they have been very unprofessional all along.
