Contracted with Quality Kitchens 1/2003. On contract to be contacted in July and job to be finished approximately August/September.

Contacted in August stated would start work end of November. Told by both Salesman and I & E Cabinets (unbeknownst to me at time) that work would be completed in 3 weeks.

Involved in dispute for demolition of kitchen through both parties. Demo started 11/29/04 - promised work to be done b4 Christmas. Install to take place 12/1 and 12/2 - No one showed - no phone call had to call to find out crew had called in sick (both days).

No one came out after that until Christmas Eve - first install didn't have all materials. Still didn't have all materials.

Quality Kitchens closed for holidays - I & E Cabinets would not return calls - wasted 8 vacation days of no show or call.

After 1st of year I told Quality Kitchens I would not waste anymore vacation, they would have to do the work on Saturdays. Had to have one cabinet moved, installed in wrong place for refrigerator opening versus microwave. Cabinets mismarked. Wrong wood used for oven facing - coloring not matching other cabinets.

Granite not started until March had been picked since the second weekend of December. Wanted to install even though cabinets not completed.

Issued complaint in January with BBB and have notified owner. Owner was not helpful.

Granite installed sloppily-contractors used by sink cardboard box to level granite. Crack in Granite they tried saying was normal. While trying to level cabinet later (using car jack) broke granite completely. Took 3 more weeks to complete.

Kept wanting final payment, refused until work done and even asked for a questionaire to be filled out.

Appliances were installed today, 5/25/04 with the discrepancy (even though agreed in February) of installing the refrigerator and trash compactor.

After taking 6 months for completion of cabinets, granite and some appliances, not even an apology or restitution offered for the betterment of their business.

Their web site states no sub-contractors used (all sub-contractors were used) and they install the appliances.

This company has no regard for the consumer, they even screen their calls before they will talk to you. That says this company has alot of angry customers such as myself.

Revision: No one showed or called 12/1 or 12/2 - did show on 12/3 and 12/4, but not with all materials, didn't come out again until Christmas Eve and still didn't have all materials (rollers for island) drawers didn't fit for pantry had to take them back to factory.
