I seen an ad on craigslist about commercial loans that didn't require income documentation or credit checks. After my first call the person I talked to was asking about my credit scores and tried to talk me into giving them a copy of my credit report from credit karma. When I questioned him why he needed it he said his investors required it. Then he started talking about taking girls out on dates. Very unprofessional. This really turned me off and was just too creepy. After getting off the phone I started doing some research, this guy goes by 2 different names, Mike and Charles. That was another red-flag. Do not deal with this company, it just sounded fishy and unsafe.
