QUICK RENT A CAR On a Carnival cruise in PUERTO VALLARTA MEXICO. QUICK RENT A CAR charged my credit card for one day rental $578.43. PUERTO VALLARTA Mexico Internet
While on a Carnival cruise we stoped in Puerto Vallarta JAL. for the day. Quick rent a car is in the port where our ship docked. I rented the vehicle for the day for the agree price of 58.45. Once I returnd from the trip I not only got bill for the $58.45 but also for the deposit they required you to sing at the time of the rental which converit from pesos turnd out to be 578.43.
I reported it to my credit card bank Wells Fargo Bank. but they informed me the QUICK RENT A CAR had a signed recp. therefore the credit company refuse to credit my account an to address the problem with the company direct.
I have spoken to the Managers and they agree it's a mistake. They informed me they have no way to credit my account and they will sent me a check. to this day they have not none one thing to make me hold. They informed me to return to Purto Vallarta MX. to sign a document in order to release my money. A course I will be spending more money in order to recover what they took. I have spend that amount in phone calls to them alraedy. This company knowes is just repping me off and I sure I'm not the only one out there.
