Tried to get refinance with quicken loans, not approved, a couple of days later, Ms Brenda Isbell from quicken loan called me and left me a messege telling me to call her because she has a second opinion to qualify us with a special program. I agree to give her my credit card for $500.00 dollars refundable if not approved. I gave it the ok, the same night she sent the documents and We signed them electronically to my surprise she gave my wife a different last name and a diferent social security number and also gave us diferent bank account numbers with assets that do not belonged to us. Then to my surprise I notice in your web site ripoffreport.com that the same thing was done or pulled out to some other people and even MS Isbell got our credit report, she was demanding a letter from my mortgage company stating that I have never been late in my mortgage(something she perfectly could have figure it out from my credit report)to approve my refinancing.

When I talked to my mortgage company, they told me they do not do such a thing, but be willing to fax to quicken loans the last statement showing our loan is up to date, showing the balance and quicken loans got the fax from them, that's when problem started, because I told Brenda from Quicken Loans that that's all I could get and she sent me an email today 10/17/2007 with a denial to my refinancing because of the no letter from my mortgage company.

This is all rediculous as I am another victim falling for predatory lending.

All I ask is for my money back as I do not want to persue a small claim in court where lawyers fee will be paid by them.,

There are a couple things that you can do to get your deposit back that will not cost you a penny. First contact The Better Business Bureau and file a complaint, call your credit card company and dispute the charges and inform them that you did not recieve any services, also contact your state attorney generals office and file a complaint. All of this will not cost you a penny and in most cases you will get your money fully refunded. I hope this helps you!!! Good luck
