People like you would do businesses all over the place a favor if you just stay put at Walmart! Always trying to get something for nothing. humph! It is funny to me how you expect getting your money back to totally repair the situation here. Getting your money back will not get the 10W30 oil out of your car. But you don't seem to be as concerned with the oil as you are about getting a refund. Get over it! The service was performed and therefore you must pay for it! Go back to Walmart where you belong!

You obviously know nothing about oil. And, as the previous rebuttel suggests, you didn't even bother reading your vehicle manual before complaining to QuickWash. Most manufacturers recommend SAE 5W-30 over SAE 10W-30 because of the wider temperature range that it can handle. You caused a stink for absolutely no reason. Shame on YOU for being so uninformed and foolish!

You should check your owners manual because some of the new vehicles call for 5W30 oil. You'll be voiding your warranty if your using 10W30.
