Quickwash America Filed False Claim McKinney Texas
My son went throught the car wash and when they were done someone there asked about his insurance and then asked to see the card to find out if he had coverage to have his windshield fixed. At no point was it asked if he wanted the work done. After my son relized what it was that they were talking about doing he told them no because the minor chip is not a bother.
The claim was still filed with my insurance company. Luckily I opted to not have the coverage for this and the claimed was denied. Had it not been for the Wonderful Insurce Agent I have I probably would not have found out about any of this at all or at least well after it would have been too late.
They did no work on the truck, fixed nothing yet they filed the claim and falsified the dates. This should not go unpunished.
