Mark, I do not have a racist bone in my body, but I do not think that tribes should be able to offer products like that to the general public without following the same laws as the general public including taxation. Now, I have to admit I am not all to familiar with the subject you are talking about, but I do not agree that tribes should be able to do a lot of things they are doing. I have a lot of respect for the tribes of the nation and their history but at what point do we stop.. 1 , 3/4 , 1/2 , 1/4 , 1/16th? I mean common, Germany is not giving me any benefits and I am almost 1/2.. I have to pay taxes on my vehicle plates, for the roads, for everything. I think tribes get enough break and heck in my eyes if you are 1/16th pity you... nothing! what point will it stop? you already offer casinos they will get bigger and bigger.... heck the only gambling that was widely available in Oklahoma to the general public "besides tribal casinos" was horse racing that I know of... now at least we have a state lottery and that is only this year.. want more of a following.. have the tribes lobby to offer things like movie theaters.. shopping.. forget about the things that may possibly ruin society or its health.. if you offer them..I think you should have to play like the rest of us... I also went to the web site.. where are the racist comments? I see nothing about black, mexican... maybe I over looked something.. all I saw is they want equal rights for all.. there is nothing wrong with that in my eyes. I see no rip off here
