Quote Wizard Waste of Time and Money - Completely Useless "Service" Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I work for a major insurance company in PA. I am always looking to expand my customer base by pursuing leads from outside our company. I had the misfortune of giving a $350 deposite. They repeatedly said to me they had a "liberal return policy." Unfortunately, that does not include the the original deposite. The Medicare Supplement leads that I had recieved were absolutely terrible.
When I would recieve a lead, I would respond to it promptly. However, 90% of the leads I contacted said they did not know they were requesting information and did not want my services. The other 10% had a huge language barrior.
The terrible leads were frustrating but were to be expected as with any other sketchy lead sourcing company. However, when I tried to return the leads, my claims were denied because my return claims went above their national average. Every return I requested was legitimate.
I requested a refund from QuoteWizard but my emails went ignored. I would strongly urge you to not use this company as their lead sourcing is ineffective. They do not provide any type of service to their customers or their agents. Look elsewhere if you are pursing leads.
