We're sorry the Salesmannn [sic] who wrote this complaint was not satisfied with our service. We do not staff our office on weekends, but many of our thousands of customers work weekends, so we continue to deliver information to agents during weekend hours. Our automatic recharge is a great way to keep our customers happy, so they can stay competitive and not miss out on any leads during weekend hours! Most of the sales people we work with know they can place "holds" on their accounts over the weekend, but apparently Salesmannn didn't know this or didn't remember s/he could do this. This might have prevented the recharge from occurring. If, in fact, Salesmannn asked for a refund within 48 hours of the recharge being processed, we should have credited her/his account. Unfortunately, without a name or account number in this complaint, our hands are tied and we can't fix this problem. We have been diligently addressing customer concerns and are dedicated to helping our customers do well using our service. Our BBB rating is steadily improving as we better address our customers' concerns. We have an acceptable grade and that there is no reason not to do business with this company. We're sorry Salesmannn had a bad experience and will do our best not to let this happen again.
