They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Dave Guard Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: The reason your dsl didn't get shut off was that the rep who answered your call will take a hit on His/Her commission. I know I used to be one of the reps for "The we say so corporation". The only way you are going to get this rectified is to take 'em to court. Ask the rep. to go to dsl "save the sale" that may work. No, they are not incompetent, the company puts tremendous pressure on you to perform. Performers are paid well, to the tune of six figures in some cases. You don't make six figures by cancelling someones DSL.
