EVER SINCE I MADE A CONTRACT WITH QWEST WIRELESS AND HOME, I'VE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS, FIRST THEY WERE CHARGING ME WITH MINUTES I NEVER USED, THE PHONE WAS ALWAYS "LOOKING FOR SERVICE" AND WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THEY WERE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS, I SAID OK AND TRIED TO DO THEM A FAVOR BY MAKING ANOTHER CONTRACT FOR MY DAUGTHER, I BOUGHT A 300 MINUTE SHARED PLAN (WHICH INCLUDES 2 PHONES) FOR MY DAUGTHER AND HER HUSBAND AND THEY SAID THERE WAS A 100 DOLLAR EARLY TERMINATION FEE FOR THAT PLAN AND I ACCEPTED.

THE PROBLEMS STARTED AGAIN, THIS TIME ONE OF THE PHONES HAD TO BE RETURNED 3 TIMES FOR MALFUNCTION, THE OTHER ONE WAS LIKE MINE,ALWAYS "LOOKING FOR SERVICE" OR "NOT ACCESSIBLE" ON TOP OF THAT, I NEVER GOT A BILL FOR LESS THAN 100 DOLLARS WHEN THE PLAN WAS FOR 49.95, WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED TO CANCEL MY DAUGTHERS CONTRACT BECAUSE I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A 100 DOLLAR EARLY TERMINATION FEE FOR EACH PHONE WHEN THE PLAN CLEARLY STATES ""100 DOLLAR EARLY TERMINATION FEE FOR THE PLAN"".

I HOPE THESE GUYS GIVE A REBUTTAL SO I CAN PROVIDE EVERY BODY WITH BILLS AND PROOF OF THE POOR SERVICE THESE CROOKS ARE GIVING.. I GAVE THEM A LOT OF CHANCES TO IMPROVE OR AT LEAST PROVIDE ME WITH A BETTER SERVICE BUT THEY SEEM TO BE VERY CONFIDENT..WATCH OUT
