Courtice,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Thu, November 18, 2004
Hi, I would like to make a complaint against my branch, I worked for the Bank of Nova Scotia for 17 years until my job was outsoursed. When my husbond goes into the branch there is a pearson called Sonya. She always says "as your wife does not work for the branch we do not have to do any favours for you as you do not have a Mortgage here or any RSP's ETC. We do not even know where you live. We opened that branch 15 years ago. I a former Bank employee came in severial weeks ago and was seeking the branch to call Beverly Hills California to clear a check. As I was sitting there the branch manager was angry on the phone with a branch customer and was so angry said if she does not stop talking that the Manager/Kelly was going to hange up on her. I was sitting there in a chair she came out very angry and started YELLING at me saying I don't have to do anything for you. All the employees and the branch customers were starying at me as if I was this terrible person. She continued to yell at me until I left the branch, there is much more to this. I will not anymore go into the branch. I have never been so humilited in all my life. As I said there is more to this story then I can ever tell you by E-mailing you. I realy should contact an unbud person, but my husband does not want me to. Please contact me and I can give you more details. Please note as I told the branch manager is this the way you treat Branch staff that has retired, I am personally having very much difficultly getting place to place as I was working in the Network adminsitration for many years and I'm now am legally blind and have trouble getting around. I this right to be humilitated at the branch by being yelled at. Please call as I did divote myself to The Bank of Nova Scotia for 17 years. Regards Donna. Please also note I'm sorry for the spelling errors as I have trouble seeing letters on my PC.
