After doing research on your company Megan, we have discovered that R.S. Relocation is aka American World Van lines aka FC Carolina. Consumers should be advised that all sales associates work from home phones that are forwarded from you 866-305-4992.Your company is a moving broker and after calling REMAX REALTY (which you associate yourself with in the yellow pages)they claim they have nothing to do with your company...more false advertising, more lies.

You say you refunded money immediately. should the public believe that??? You are based in Florida not Texas. Consumers do all your homework before signing with a moving broker.

In response to Jennifer's complaint. Her pick up dates were 7/24/05-7/26/05. Unfortunately, our driver's grandmother had a stroke (believe it or not it is true). We tried to see if we could find one of our neighboring companies to give us a hand and we were unable to do so. We refunded her money 7/27/05 (I felt that was a very quick turn around). These were circumstances beyond our control and we do appologize. But having a "Rip Off Report" is uncalled for. We did not "Rip her Off". She received a full refund and we appologized. Thank you, Megan Frederique
