Stacie Renna. Renna Career Services. This woman says she will deliver a resume in one week, paid upfront and then on day 7 she told me she would deliver later, price went up by $250. She doesn't keep her word. Full of drama. Palm Beach Gardens Florida
Stacie took my current resume when I met with her on a Monday. She also took my money,$100.00. Told me it would be ready in a week. One week later she told me she never said a week and that it would be 10 days. Then she raised her price to $350. She texted me all during a funeral I was attending and she knew I had a death in the family. Drama drama and no resume. No refund either

My name is Stacie Renna and I just came upon this false report / account of my interaction with this client. I know who this is as this was a favor for a friend of mine. First - I direct all my clients to my website and am clear a project is 7 - 10 business days. All clients pay upfront as it is a lot of work and in my 3 1/2 years of operating this business have never had one complaint. I never raised her price to $350. I let her know when she asked me to do additional services (for free) that my standard price for someone at her level is $350 - however, because she was a friend of a friend, I gave her a SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT to $100. As a FAVOR. I was not even the person who gave the price. Our mutual friend asked me, as a favor if I would do a resume for a friend for $100. And I agreed. I provided her with a solid first draft and asked her to go through it and we would go through the edits together over the phone. She took it upon herself to input all the edits herself, which completely stripped the document of it's formatting. Therefore, I had to do the document over again. She did this twice.
I went above and beyond this "favor" for a friend of a friend. She was not able to follow directions and she 100% did recieve a final document. For any person who questions this - you may email me directly at [email protected] and I will provide proof of this. It's outrageous that a person with so little professionalism would take the time to go on line to flat out lie and disparaige my reputation - when she was given such an enourmous discount and more than enough time, energy, coupled with a formidable product. The only drama was on her end and I don't give refunds for people who recieve a final document and I never here from them again, only to hide behind a computer screen with an anonymous post.
