Scriptlance.com R3N3 Internet Services /ScriptLance/ Rene Trescases Developer did not deliver on time, script lance support did NOTHING to help and no money was refunded London Ontario
This is a very dodgy operation since you end up dealing with multiple countries. In fairness to scriptlance, some of it is perhaps outside the control of scriptlance since they too are dealing with developers sitting thousands of miles away. Here is what happened to me:
1. I put my project for bid on scriptlance and got a developer who would only go by the name "Arsh". That should have been the first tip-off since I was dealing with someone who never divulged their full name in private email communications.
2. Arsh did not deliver on time and there were excused made for delays.
3. I then escalated to matter to scriptlance support to someone named Sanjay.
4. Support was so-so and they did contact Arsh to get moving.
5. Arsh did not deliver what I was looking for and he emailed me what he claimed to be the completed "code".
6. The code did NOTHING and was never used and never will be. Arsh actually had the temerity to post negative feedback about me (the webmaster) on an internal scriptlance forum.
7. I reported to support and nothing was done in regards to resolving the lack of delivery of code and no action was taken to remove the incorrect feedback.
8. I NEVER code any code and NONE of my money was refunded. I assume that the developer was paid the full amount for doing NOTHING.
9. In closing, I feel that scriptlance support could have done a little more to help me out and get me at least SOMETHING functional from the developer.
On the basis of this experience, I quietly and QUICKLY abandoned the idea of working with overseas developers for my micro projects. I pay 3-4 times more locally, but I at least get results. Please be VERY, VERY careful of outsourcing micro (<$5,000) projects overseas; if things go wrong, you have little recourse.

Ok I am Arsh , and I want to know who is the webmaster that have paid me and I haven't delivered the code . If the matter is with scriptlance , resolve it with scriptlance . ( Money issues ) , If I haven't delivered the code I haven't took any money ! There is no exceptions on this . PLEASEEEE prove your facts . Else I would request ripoffreport to remove my name . Also if you have asked me my name address I would have happily shared . I work through scriptlance so I don't have any time or will to just let you know who I am what I do what I eat and so .. But if you ask me I will surely let you know . So come forward and let me know who are you ??
