Radiate Athletics Order placed over year ago, still have not received product West Chester Pennsylvania
Placed order in March of 2013. It was a kickstarter company at that time, so patience was duly exerrcised. Months passed by without any shipping update. Periodic update on Facebook made it seem like product was about to be shipped. Sent emails inquiring status and received no answer. Called and received no answer. Customer service is non existent. It is already august of 2014, and I have come to believe that I will never receive the product which I paid for. Billing was immediate; shipping eternal.
