I have also been ripped off by Radiate Athletic and Kenny Crockett! In April 2013 I funded 408 USD plus shipping to the Radiate Project with a promised delivery of August 2013.

Since then the delivery dated has been delayed and to this date I have yet to receive my shirts, notwithstanding the email I received that the shirt were being shipped in April. It is now June and I have not received any response from them (Radiate/Kenny) to my last three requests for shipping/tracking info,

I had been requested to update my shipping info on 3 different occasions, the latest on the 24th February 2014. On March the 18th I received an email stating that all the shirts had been completed and would be shipped out in wave over the next 2 to 4 weeks and that tracking numbers would be provided. This would mean that I should have received a tracking number by mid April (at this point I wasn't expecting to be amongst the first anymore).

On May the 12th and 15th I sent them email requesting the status of my shipment and relative tracking number. I got a response to the second mail on the 15th which red as follows:

"Dear Radiate Customer,

 I hope your week is going well! As mentioned in our last update, shirts have begun shipping. You will be receiving tracking numbers from our fulfillment center which may take another 7 to 10 business days with the amount of orders that are being shipped. Because the shirts are in the hands of our fulfillment center, we cannot individually track your order or provide you with a status update regarding the specific date your  order will be shipped. According to our fulfillment center, they are shipping shirts separately so you may receive multiple tracking numbers to complete your order and we are trying to work along with them to fix this issue and expedite the process. However, we remain in constant contact with our fulfillment center and provide you with updates according to their progression. As always, we thank you for your continued patience and support. We hope you enjoy your shirts!"

Now with all due respect I have a contractual agreement with Radiate, it's not my problem how they want to manage (the correct word would be mis manage) the shipping part of the operation, but I cannot accept that they cannot individually track my order, this is a clear sign of incompetence, mis management and a clear "we don't give a darn, we have you money since April 2013, if you're lucky you will get a shirt!"

Since that mail all has gone quiet at Radiate, I have sent emails on 19th, 26th of May and 2nd of June to which I have not received any response what so ever.

In short avoid buying from this Company!
