Do Not Shop At Rainbow Flowers LA!
Dassler Jimenez was very rude to me over the phone this morning!
I was interested in ordering flowers and he claimed that he knew me from the past and he hung up on me and then he said he was changing his number.
Is this how a business treats a legitimate customer?
It was my first time calling his company to to buy flowers and I wasn't even rude!
This guy has absolutely no manners!
I don't know how he survives in the industry!
I know a lot of people in the flower business and I don't know anybody that hangs up on customers!
He is the only one who's extremely unprofessional and extremely disgustingly rude!
He should go back to Venezuela and treat people like that over there and Not in my country!
